At Live Well Mattress & Furnishing Centres, we want your delivery experience to be as comfortable as the products you've chosen. Please read our delivery policy carefully so you know what to expect.
Delivery Areas & Service Zones
We currently deliver within the United States only. Our primary service area covers the Alamogordo, New Mexico region and surrounding communities. Deliveries outside our standard service zone may be subject to additional fees (see Out of Area Delivery below). If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Timelines & Scheduling
Once your order is confirmed, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window:
- Standard Delivery: Typically scheduled within 3–7 business days of order confirmation, depending on product availability and your location.
- Express Delivery: Available for select items and locations — contact us for availability and scheduling.
You will receive a confirmation of your delivery date and an estimated time window. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on the type of service required:
- Mattress Delivery: $110.00 — Standard delivery of mattresses to your home.
- Furniture Delivery: $160.00 — Standard delivery of furniture items.
- Power Base / Mattress Delivery & Setup: $160.00 — Delivery and setup of power bases and mattresses.
- Out of Area Delivery: $170.00 — For deliveries outside our standard service zone.
- White Glove Delivery Add-On: $400.00 — Premium full-service delivery (see below).
Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery has been completed.
White Glove Delivery & Setup
Our White Glove Delivery Add-On provides a premium, hassle-free experience including:
- In-home delivery to your room of choice
- Full assembly and setup of your mattress, base, or furniture
- Removal of all packaging materials
- Optional removal of your old mattress or furniture (please inquire when scheduling)
Add this service for $400.00 by selecting the White Glove Delivery Add-On at checkout or by contacting us directly.
If You Are Not Home for Delivery
Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to receive and sign for your order. If no one is available at the scheduled time:
- Our delivery team will attempt to contact you by phone.
- If unreachable, the delivery will be rescheduled for a future date.
- A rescheduling fee may apply for missed delivery appointments.
To avoid missed deliveries, please ensure someone is available during your scheduled window. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all items at the time of delivery before signing. If you notice any damage or receive an incorrect item, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
