The folks that own this business are amazing! They were both quick, courteous & very kind. I ordered 4 candles that were impossible to find elsewhere because the company retired this scent. I was so excited to find it with this company only to be heartbroken that they arrived broken. Three of the 4 candles arrived with very broken glass despite their special effort in bubble wrap & packaging. I called and they immediately made it right not only crediting me for the items damaged but also shipping. I would do business with them again & again. Thank you very much! ❤️

Had the best experience buying my mattress at Live Well with Javier. With so many options out there it can be so confusing. It was nice to go there and have him ask questions and find a bed that fit my needs and my budget. I love my new bed and am sleeping great! Thanks Javier

Great place to buy a mattress. They actually care about you getting a good nights sleep. The owner is one of the nicest people and despite it being a business to make money he actually cares. Definitely worthe making your first stop.

Ordered a mattress without trying it was told to get the mattress protector for an additional $100 and if it didn't work out I would be able to return.. I approached the owner 3 separate times trying to return. I was told every time "we can work on a creative solution"! I have a broken back had surgery a couple years back really spent a chunk of $ trying to get better sleep. Although he was polite and easy to work with until i request the return! I definitely feel i wasted money on the mattress protector and mattress I resold the bed at a fraction of the price! My suggestion is to be sure u have what u need. They don't honor the 30day return policy!

I had the opportunity to shop at Live Well Mattress & Furnishing Centres for sheets and wanted to share my experience. I don’t usually write reviews, however I had a very positive experience and thus wanted to share it with others. My intent was to purchase a set of Woven Tencel Sheets by Malouf. I had previously owned this brand and was very satisfied however the current sheets I owned began to shred. I placed the new set of sheets in my virtual cart and proceeded to charge them however the order did not process thus I spoke to someone in customer service. Javier indicated that perhaps my card was not at issue, rather the product was out of stock. Javier, proceeded to investigate my order and sure enough the product was out of stock. The call could have ended there, however Javier proceeded to double check his warehouse as well as the manufacturers to see if the sheets were available. (Wow he really cared whether if I secured my sheets). After conducting diligence, Javier informed me that all warehouses’ sources were out of stock. It did not stop there…. he proceeded to ask me how long I had my sheets given the manufacturer provided a 5 year warranty (something I would never have known if he had not told me).I find it remarkable in this day and age to find a company and individual that are dedicated to exceptional customer service. Live Well Mattress & Furniture Centres has now gained a lifetime customer. I did not purchase anything during my visit today given my sheets were under warranty however given the outstanding service I will be back in the future.Much appreciation to the management team at Live Well Mattress & Furniture Centres for putting making the customer #1 !!!this company for truly making the customer #1. I highly recommend

We were on the hunt for a new mattress and Live Well came up on our Google search so we decided to try them out since they were much closer to us than other mattress stores. We went to their store first to look and were so impressed with the store and the employees that we ended our search at Live Well.We spent about 2 hours with the sales associate deciding on what mattress would be best for us. During this time, the sales associate was incredibly patient, understanding and knowledgeable about each of their products. She took the time to explain the differences of each mattress, the pros and cons, and necessity of finding the right mattress. She provided us with quotes for the mattresses we were interested in and a number to contact if we decided to purchase from their store. At no time during our interaction did we feel pressured to buy anything. We had our 3 year old with us, and she was incredibly patient and understanding while we wrangled her as well.Once we placed our order and paid for our mattress, we were quoted 2-3 weeks for delivery and due to an issue with the supplier, Live Well was unable to meet their quote. While we were waiting for our mattress, they were in constant contact and updating us on the status of the delivery. When the supplier gave the store a quote of an additional 2-3 weeks, Live Well worked with us to find a resolution and get us our much needed mattress. We were able to get an upgraded mattress they had in stock and have it delivered within 24 hours.Their delivery service was also top notch and their employees were friendly, polite and accommodating.Every step of our interactions with Live Well were pleasant. They went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and we would highly recommend this store for anyone. I am certain that we would not have received this same service at another store.

Javier was super helpful in finding the right mattress. He looks at your posture and spinal alignment when laying in the bed and on the pillow to match up what pillow and mattress works best. He was super friendly and helpful, highly recommend this place.

They deserve their 5 stars rating. You can definitely tell this is a people serving you store that cares about taking care of you. I've bought 2 mattresses from here, and on the 2nd one we had delays in shipping from the manufacturer - but they took care of what I needed at the time and went way above what any corporate retail store would do to help me and my family sleep peacefully.

Highly recommend Live Well to anyone needing professional advice as to what mattress/pillows to purchase based on your body type, any medical issues you may have with neck/back, and sleeping position preference. Went to several places in and out of town and thankfully went local! Pricing also very affordable! Thank you Javier and Melanie for your patience with us!!!

Great customer service. I actually bought my bed back in 2019 but I just still love my bed so much that I came back to comment. Front service helped me pick a bed that was perfect for me as a side and stomach sleeper. 10/10

Great business and great staff. My husband and I just bought a new mattress and we're loving it. Melanie was very nice and helped us find exactly what we needed. The guys who delivered were also really nice and even helped us to move our old bed. Definitely recommend this place!

Gretchen and Melanie were very helpful through our purchase. We were immediately welcomed in and comfortably led through experiencing almost every mattress in the store. We know what we like, but both ladies helped us better understand what would be beneficial to our sleep and help relieve our aches and pains. We actually visited three separate occasions to try the mattresses and left without finalizing a purchase.....they provided us 5 quotes so we knew exactly what we would pay out the door for the various options but we never felt any pressure to buy! We finally bought on our fourth visit and are excited to give the mattresses a try at home! Thanks for all of the expert help!

A great place to not only buy but also learn about mattresses. This was hands down the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had. My wife and I were shown multiple beds and walked through how to determine if the mattress was a good fit, as we determined correct firmness the saleslady selectively chose mattresses and made the process move quickly. Never did I feel any pressure to buy, it always felt like I was the #1 customer for that store and they just wanted me to see what fit perfectly. I also caught myself eyeing the recliners and other furniture just because the process was so far above any other furniture dealer I have been to.

Absolutely hands down the best place to come for a mattress or really any furnishings for your home! Beautiful store and beautiful people. The owner Javier and store manager Melanie are down to earth honest caring people!! They also have the most amazing gift shop which my mother could not stay out of and if you are looking for the best CBD drops of your life, Javier's wife has them there as well. I haven't had my bed delivered because we had to order everything I wanted so I will be back to update this review in about 2 weeks once I have slept on it but I know it will be heaven!! Myself and my parents will be back as we have already discussed future beds and furnishings we will need for the house. We will forever refer everyone we know to Live Well!!

Absolutely excellent customer service. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. All of my questions were answered as the owners are very knowledgeable on the product they sell. Extremely friendly and they definitely look out for military/veterans. 11/10 would recommend!

What a hidden little gem of a boutique! They have the cutest socks and pj sets. I stocked up on their super soft and fuzzy Sherpa fleece socks for this winter. I also got some of their scented soy candles to make my house smell like the holidays. And can’t not mention the Dionis goat milk skincare section. Lovely scents and feels wonderful on. Everything is reasonably priced. You definitely must stop in and check some people off your Christmas list... and don’t forget about yourself too!

Everyone is super friendly and they gave a great deal. Not only that, they honor you the deals they gave you on a different sized mattress. Awesome people to work with. They had a mascot named Bob and he's a bedbug plush. Make sure you buy one! Unexpectedly cute. Both Melanie and Javier are awesome. I will give more stars if it were possible

This place is amazing! Not only did my husband and I find the perfect mattress, but also the perfect sheets! My favorite part of the day is climbing into bed! We got the Tencel Premium Sheets and they are perfect! They are the softest sheets I've ever felt. They fit perfectly on our bed! And the best part is they are cooling sheet! I always got too warm while sleeping but not anymore! I've never slept better! I 100% could not get better quality than this! I highly recommend them to everyone!!! I just love Live Well! They have the best people, great customer service! Great vibes! And great products! I could not have asked for more amazing people to help my husband and I get a great night sleep! I will continue to go to Live Well for my furniture needs!

I bought a bundle deal from this store that pretty much furnished my entire apartment. It's all quality and they even gave me a discounted price on a mattress (which is also quality). I had to get my things delivered, and the fee was very reasonable and the delivery team was excellent. Gretchen and her husband were helpful and non-pressuring throughout the entire buying process. I'd strongly recommend buying from this business and I'll be going back if I ever need more furniture.

Best mattress place on planet earth, they provide the best qualities of mattresses and never rip offs like a lot of other matress places. They love making people days and giving others the respect and giving them the best sleep for them. Amazing place to shop for a new mattress. Learned more about all the different types of materials and how they can affect your sleep in the short time I was in there than I've known my whole life. The delivery guys were great as well. After they set the bed up and we saw how high the matress was off the ground, too high for someone 5'8", they offered to swap the box springs out with a low profile set which put the bed at a good height. Definitely recommend you check them out if you're in need of a new bed.

I am so impressed with the service and sleep system we got from Sleep Well. I wear a Fitbit and can see that I am sleeping an hour or more longer with my new bed. The staff at Sleep Well took the to make sure found the perfect fit down to the pillows.

So happy to find a great furniture business in Alamogordo. We drove to Las Cruces and to El Paso looking for a new bed, and every salesperson we met were in a hurry to sell us the most expensive bed without explaining what bed was best for us. A few weeks later we decided to walk in to the Sleep Well store which was about 5 minutes from our house and after getting a bed 101 course from Gretchen and Javier, we knew they were the real deal. They had the best prices compare to the other stores we went and explain which bed worked better for my wife and me, with no rush to sell us a bed. We are very happy that we decided to purchase the bed they recommended, and after sleeping the first night the results were immediate. Highly recommend this store, and their new location on 1st street is amazing. Go now if you haven't had a good night sleep, these folks will make sure you sleep well again.

Amazing store. They treat you well and will help you get what you want. The owner is also quite flexible and has great package deals. All the staff at sleep well are fantastic people. Knowing they do not work on a commission and still care so much about your needs is huge. We recently purchased the King Koil and got the most firm mattress. After getting it home, I hated it. I called the store and they responded to my request to try the more plush model immediately. I completely love my new mattress now. And it has a 25 year warranty!! We will recommend Sleep Well to all of our friends and family because we know they will get great products with great service!! If you're looking for a $200 mattress, this is not the place to go. This place carries only top quality products, and they stand by every product they carry. After reading all the reviews, we went to this place first for our replacement mattress. We weren't disappointed. They are a very family friendly place, and we got help right away. We went in not knowing what we were looking for, but we did know what we didn't want. They were incredibly helpful in comparing mattresses without up-selling or down-selling anything. We fell in love with several items, and I was adding up the cost in my mind. Once we decided on our purchase, they added it all up and applied several discounts we were not anticipating, and we came in WAY under budget. What was even better, was who we worked with in the store, was also who delivered to our home! And when the products we purchased didn't fit as we anticipated, they replaced the box-spring with a bunky-board within 20 minutes! Talk about personal service! We were impressed all the way around for the products they carry and the service they provided. We are very happy and highly recommend this business. We will definitely be back, and we will for sure tell all our friends!

Bought some pillows from another store in town because I desperately needed new ones. For several months I was getting horrible sleep with them; waking up not feeling rested and constant neck/back problems. Javier hooked me up with some quality pillows and since, I've been sleeping much better. So impressed was I that I went back and purchased some bamboo bed sheets which are also fantastic! Sleep Well stocks quality products, treats you well, and stands with you in meeting your satisfaction.
